"I ordered a jacket and it showed..."
I ordered a jacket and it showed up right when they said it would, so no complaints there. The tracking updated like it should too, which I always appreciate because I’m apparently the kind of person who checks it way too often. The only downside was that the box looked a little rough when it arrived, but the jacket itself was fine.

"Good-looking jacket, happy with it"
I ordered a leather jacket from LeatherUp.com mostly because I liked how it looked in the photos. When it showed up, it was close to what I expected. Maybe a little darker in person, but it still looks really nice.
The fit is good too, and it doesn’t feel all bulky like some motorcycle jackets can. The zippers and little details give it a cool look, but not in a way that feels overdone or anything.
I’m only not giving it 5 stars because I do wish the photos showed a few more angles. But overall, yeah, I’m happy with it. Good-looking gear, and I’d probably order from them again.

"Exchange was fine, just slower than it needed to be"
I had to exchange my jacket for a bigger size it went smoothly overall. The only annoying part was waiting a few days just to get a response, which felt a little unnecessary because it’s just a size exchange, not some huge mystery case. But once they finally got back to me, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I shipped the jacket back, and the new one showed up about a week later. So yeah, not a disaster or anything, but I do wish the whole process moved a bit faster. At least the jacket fits now, and I’m happy with it.

I had a question about my order, so I emailed customer service and was surprised by how fast they replied. They actually answered my question instead of giving me the usual runaround, which was such a relief 😅 It made the whole thing a lot less stressful. I’d definitely order from LeatherUp again.

"Return was easy"
I had to send back a jacket because it just didn’t fit me right. The return thing on leatherup.com was simple, like they gave me the instructions fast and it wasn’t a big headache or anything. Refund took a few days to pop back up, but that’s kind of normal, I guess. Overall it went smooth enough. Just wish the sizing was easier to figure out before ordering

I had a feeling the refund process would be fine, and I’m glad I trusted my gut. The money came back faster than I expected, which was a big relief. I didn’t have to keep emailing or chase anyone down, it was just handled smoothly

"Good prices, no hassle"
Picked up a leather jacket and some gloves for less than I thought I’d have to spend. The quality seems solid for the price, and shipping was just normal, which is fine by me. I’m kind of tired of dealing with over-the-top service stuff or chasing down orders, so it was nice that this was simple and uneventful. I’d order again when I need riding gear without blowing a bunch of money...

I was impressed with how much leatherup has on the site. I originally went there just to look for a riding jacket, but ended up browsing boots, gloves, helmets, and bags too. It felt like they had a solid range of sizes and styles, not just the same basic options over and over.
The site was easy to use, and I liked that I could compare things without feeling like I had to search forever. Everything felt straightforward, and it gave me more confidence ordering from them. If you want a good selection without bouncing around a bunch of different sites, I’d say it’s worth checking out.

Checkout was easy on my phone, at least in my case. I found my size, added the jacket, and the cart updated normally without any weird glitches or errors.
I can’t really say if it’s always like that, but my order went through fine and the confirmation showed up right away. I do think the shipping options could be a little clearer before the final step

Leathe-up company has very poor customer service julio who says he is top of the food chain refused to send me a return label for one of the two jackets i ordered which was done in an error, julio said i would have to pay for that mistake so for such crappy customer service i will now return both at my expense and will write every bad remark i can to make sure future customers have the "buyer beware"...
